Hello,
Sorry for the month delay but I am back and ready to update you on my goals so far and introduce some new ones! Below is my original and 1st quarter goal list and now I have added the halfway point goals (fewer of them this far in now). But, it has been a year that has fully surpassed any of my expectations; as you will see in the list! Thank you all for the support and the following and I'll be back in a few weeks! AROO!

Implied successfully completing tire flip and hurc hoist solo and hitting spear throw in same race.

Requires a top 10 finish in an open season race
Podium at 1 race this season: Completed at Arizona Super and Las Vegas Sprint (9 podiums so far)
Finish 1, 2, or 3rd in age group competition.
Qualify for Age Group World Championships: (3rd Place at San Jose and Utah Supers)
Requires top 10 finish at North American Championship race
Finish year in top 10 of Age Group
Sum of best 5 race scores of the year
2018 New Goals:
Finish top 5 at Trifecta World Championships in Greece (Currently Registered to Compete)
Invite only, time hack qualification, total time of all 3 race lengths (4+, 8+, and 12+ miles each) in 2 days
Podium at a Championship Series Race: Completed at San Jose and Utah
Finish 1, 2, or 3rd in age group competition.
Finish top 10 overall in Age Group National competition: Finished in 2nd place for the series
A top 10 finish in any race regardless of gender or age (3x top overall finisher 10th, 8th, and 3rd)
So far, 2018 has been a filled and exciting year for me in the Spartan world. Within the first 2.5 months of the season, I have completed 3 of my 5 original goals and I am on track to complete the 4th as long as I can maintain my current ranking through the rest of the year. I have some great competition, and a few of us are definitely going to be close all year long, but overall, they are a great group of guys and we will be pushing each other on and off the course for that top spot!
I have already earned two podium finishes (both bronze) in only 5 races which doubled my goal for the year already! Now I am staying focused on earning a different color in the very near future. The first USA Championship Series race is coming up in less than 2 weeks and a solid finish here could solidify my spot at WC’s, completing goal number 4.
There is still a lot of racing to do and training to complete, but this is the Y2018Q1 update from Krown Spartan! Thank you to everyone who has been following and reading along!
